With a member of the Group’s HR Executive Team, you will participate in the definition of the HR strategy, its implementation, and its management. As an HR Business Partner, you will naturally be recognized as a credible partner by the Management of the Business Units for all matters related to human capital, organization, and transformations. As head of an HR team, you will be in charge of supporting managers in the management of their human resources and employees throughout their life cycle in the company. You will provide HR services of excellence.
Candidate should have the following qualities:
With a degree in HR and an HR certification, you have a proven experience of several years in a Human Resources management role. You have an excellent understanding and sensitivity for the business, an experience in strategic and organizational issues, strong leadership skills with respect to both the organization and your team, an ability to challenge ideas and to provide effective solutions as well as a high emotional intelligence. French mother tongue and fluency in German and English round up your profile.
